Market Segment Report

Market Segment Report provides a standardized view of room performance by market segment for the hospitality industry. It delivers property-level insights into rooms sold, revenue, and revenue contribution %, categorized by segments such as Corporate, Leisure, Group, and OTA.

Step Guide:

  1. Login into your Docyt Account.

  2. Navigate to the Module section.

  3. Select Reports > Revenue > All Reports.

  4. Move the cursor to the top-right corner and click on the (plus) icon to add a new report.

  5. Once the report is created, click on the three dots at the end of the report and select Edit Access.

  1. Click on the report to open it. You will land inside the Market Segment Report.

  2. Customize the report by selecting the desired Date.

  3. Choose to Hide or Unhide Empty Rows as needed.

  4. Move the cursor to the three dots in the upper-right corner.

  5. Select Export as Excel.

  6. A pop-up will appear. Click on Data Export.

  7. You will be redirected to the Data Export page.

  8. Move the cursor to the three dots and click on Download.
