Activate Daily Flash Reports in Docyt

1. How to Activate and Manage the Daily Flash Report
Log in to your Docyt account.
Navigate to the top header menu next to the Docyt icon.
Click the down arrow, then hover your cursor over Flash Report.

When you hover, you will see the option Create Report.
Click on the Create Report icon.
A new window will open titled Flash Report Settings.
Enter the report details:
Title of the report. Enter the report details.
Hit the Toggle button in front to activate the report section.
Portfolio name and Business name for which the report is needed.
Add recipients:
Enter the recipient’s email address.
Click on Add.
Click on Save.

A confirmation dialogue box will appear stating: "Flash Report Created Successfully.

2. How to Manage Report Snapshots
Move your cursor over the Flash Report option in the unified header.
Select the created report from the list.
Choose one of the following options:
Edit Report — Update or modify the report settings and recipients.
Resend Snapshot — Send the latest snapshot again to the recipients.
To delete a snapshot, open the report. The Delete Snapshot option will be available at the end of the report page.
3. How to Pause and Resume the Flash Report
How to Pause:
Go to Header > Flash Report > Report Name > Edit Report

Select Pause Report.

Enter the Pause reason in description box. Click Pause tab.
A confirmation message will appear .
The report status will update to Paused, and automatic report generation will be temporarily stopped.

How to Resume:
Navigate to the same Flash Report Dashboard.
Select Resume Flash Report.

A success message will confirm that automatic report generation has resumed.
The report will become Active.
