A. How to access KPI Dashboard

Step by Step:

1. Log in to your Docyt account.

2. Select the Business from the header dropdown.

1. Click on the Accounting tab from the top navigation menu.

1. Open the KPI Dashboard. The KPI Dashboard is available in two formats:

a. Chart View – Displays KPIs in graphical format.

b. Tabular View – Displays KPIs in table format.

You can switch between these views at any time.

1. Navigate to the top-right corner of the dashboard.

2. Click the three-dot menu (…).

3. Select Edit Dashboard.

4. Choose the KPIs you want to display by default.

Your selected KPIs will be visible each time you access the dashboard.

1. Use the Daily or Monthly toggle to change the data view.

1. Customize the reporting period using the calendar under the Period tab.

B. How to access Portfolio:

Step by Step:

1. Login to your Docyt Account.

2. Select the Business from the header dropdown.

3. 
4. Click on the Business Intelligence tab from the top navigation menu.

1. From the left panel, choose the desired category (e.g., Revenue KPIs, Labor KPIs).

2. 
3. Select the reporting Period — Daily, Monthly, or Yearly.

4. Customize the data range using the calendar to select specific dates.
