Business Status Filter on Multi-Business Dashboard

Overview:

The Status Filter on the Multi-Business Dashboard allows you to sort and view businesses based on their current operational status. This helps you quickly identify which businesses are active, inactive, or still in setup.

This feature is especially useful for managing multiple entities from a single dashboard view.How to Use the Status Filter

Step 1: Log in to your Docyt business account.

Step 2: Open the Multi-Business Dashboard

Once logged in, navigate to the Multi-Business Dashboard.

You will see three search headers (filters) at the top of the dashboard.

1. Search Header 1: Business Name

a. Use this field to directly search for a business by name.

2. Search Header 2: Management Group

a. Select the relevant Management Group from the dropdown.

b. This helps narrow results within a specific portfolio or group.

3. Search Header 3: Status

a.Use the Status filter to view businesses based on their current status.

Business Status Options

1. Active

Displays businesses where:

a. All required features are active

b. Open items are available and operational

This status indicates the business is fully set up and functioning.

2. Inactive

Displays businesses where:

a. Certain activities are pending activation

b. Features may not yet be fully enabled

This status indicates the business is not currently active.

3. Pending Setup

Displays businesses where:

a. Setup configurations are incomplete

Examples include:

a. Revenue setup pending

b. Financial account setup pending

c. Other required settings not completed

This status helps identify businesses that still require configuration before becoming active.
