Missing Bank Statements

Docyt automatically detects missing bank statements and allows you to upload them directly from the portal, eliminating manual document requests and delays.

A. Overview:

  1. Missing statements are auto-detected.

  2. Requests appear automatically on the portal hence no reminders required.

  3. You can upload documents without delays or without waiting for requests.

B. How to Upload Document through Dashboard:

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Missing Bank Statements.

  2. Click Review to proceed directly to the document upload screen.

To check weather the Missing Bank Statements feature is enabled

  1. From the Dashboard, click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Customize Columns.

  1. Ensure that the checkbox for Missing Bank Statements is selected.

C. How to Upload Document through Module:

  1. To access the Missing Bank Statement page follow these steps:

    1. Click on 'Business > Open Items > Missing Bank Statements' in the top menu.

    c. Click on Upload button to submit the required statement directly from the portal.

  1. To Check Submitted Bank Statement Documents:

a. Navigate to Reconciliation → Closing → Bank Statements.

b. The Bank Statements page will open.

c. Hover your cursor over the relevant month to view the upload status of the bank statement.
