Document Request Section

The Document Requests allows you to review open document requests, upload required files, and close requests efficiently.

Steps to Navigate:

  1. Navigate to Business Module → Open Items → Document Requests.

  2. Click on a document request. A right-hand sidebar will appear.

  3. Add a document by either:

    • Clicking the Add Document icon, or

    • Dragging and dropping the file into the panel.

  4. Add notes, if required.

  5. If the document is already available in the Mailroom, click Add Document from Business Vault.

  6. Click Mark as Reviewed – Review Next to proceed.

  1. You can filter document requests based on your requirements using the filter (arrow) icon in the top-right corner of the Documents section.

  2. To manage an uploaded document, click the three-dot menu(...) on the right side of the document. From there, you can edit or delete the document as needed.

Once the required document is uploaded and marked as reviewed, the request is automatically closed. You can continue reviewing remaining open requests until all documents are completed.
