How to Manage Flagged Transactions in Docyt

Flagged Transactions in Docyt help users identify transactions that need further review or action.

1. How to Navigate to Flagged Transactions?

1. Log in to your Docyt account.

2. Two ways to open Flagged Transactions are:

A. Login to Dashboard , scroll right and search for 'Flagged Items' and click on 'Review'.

B. Navigate to modules sections and follow this step

1. Go to Business > Open Items > Flagged Transactions.

2. You will reach to page of Flagged Transactions

2. How to Resolve Flagged Transactions?

1. Once the page of Flagged Transactions is opened.

2. Write your notes or comments in Transactions Notes tab.

1. Click on three dots towards right end.

1. A pop will appear asking for asking the transaction is reviewed and closed.

2. Click on 'Confirm' if reviewed.

3. If you want to put a chat message in the transaction select Send a Message option from three dots.

4. If u want to review the transaction details click on View Transaction Detail from three dots.

5. You can also filter the Flagged and Reviewed transaction from tabs provided at top of transactions.
