AI-Based Matching of Additional Uncleared Balance

Manual reconciliation of uncleared balances is a thing of the past. With our AI-based matching feature, users can now automate the reconciliation of Additional Uncleared Balances against transactions

This feature:

1. Automatically identifies potential matches

2. Ranks them based on relevance

3. Allows you to review and approve matches quickly

4. Offers configurable tolerance settings for greater matching precision

Step-by-step guide:

1. Go to the Reconciliation Module

2. Select the account with uncleared balances

3. Click on the “Additional Uncleared Balance” tab

4. Click the “AI Match” button at the top right of the screen

1. Review the AI-suggested matches, which are ranked by relevance

2. Approve the matches by selecting and confirming them
