How to create Portfolio Reports
1. How to create a Portfolio Report:
Login to your Dashboard account.
To create the Portfolio Reports , move the cursor on unified header near Docyt icon .
Hover over Industry Groups option and select Create New.

A window will appear to fill the details.

You can also select multiple business within the same Industry to create portfolio consolidated view.
The report will also show the aggregate view and the comparative view.

On successful creation, user will be able to see all the KPIs, reports and COAs enabled and linked for that Portfolio.
These reports will be now visible in unified header when you move the cursor again on it.

9. To edit reports click click on settings and choose 'Edit Reports'.
2. How to Share Reports with Other Users:
To share your created portfolio reports with other users in Docyt, follow these steps:
Hover over the unified header click on Roles and Permission of particular management group name.

Choose the business and click on right top corner 'Edit Permissions'.
Click on KPI Dashboard / Business Settings on tabs above to enable access for users.
In Business Reports choose the reports from left panel.

Type the user name in User search box.
