Q1: Can I remove or replace an authorized signatory later?

Ans: Yes, you can remove or update authorized signatories anytime by navigating to Business > General Settings > Payments Methods > Authorized Signatory.

Q2: How will the signatory know they’ve been added?

Ans: Once added, the new signatory will receive an email notification or in-app alert indicating that a request has been sent for authorization.
