Update Billing Information in Docyt

Step Guide:

  1. Log in to your Docyt accountarrow-up-right and click the Gear (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Account Settings from the menu.

  1. You will be redirected to the Account Settings page with all account details.

  1. From the left-hand panel, click on Billing.

  2. Select the relevant Entity name.

  • If you manage multiple entities, all businesses under My Businesses will be listed.

  • Selecting an entity will take you to the Business module page.

  1. Scroll down to the Billing Information option.

  2. Click the "Manage Billing with Stripe" tab. You will be redirected to the Billing Method page.

  3. Click the Update Information option.

  1. Update the information in the window that opens and click on Save.

  1. A pop-up message will appear confirming that the information has been updated successfully.

  2. Refresh the Billing Information page to verify the updated details.
