Get instant answers directly inside Docyt with the AI-powered Support Assistant. It helps you quickly find relevant knowledge base articles, provides clear step-by-step guidance, and surfaces trusted sources and documentation all in one place without leaving the app.

How to Use the Support Assistant:

Step 1: Open the Assistant

1. Login to your Docyt account.

2. Move the cursor towards top right corner near profile icon.

3. Click on Question Mark Sign

4. Click on Support Agent.

A support agent window will appear.

Step 2: Ask Your Question

Type your question in natural language. For example:

1. How do I create a budget?

2. Where can I update billing information?

3. Docyt Check?

Step 3: Review the Response

The assistant will provide:

1. A short, step-by step-based answer

1. A link to the relevant help article

2. An expandable Sources Used section
