A. You can use this feature to:

1. Flag transactions for client review

B. How to do Bulk Actions:

1. The Bulk Actions button becomes active only after you select one or more transactions.

2. To select transactions, click the checkbox next to each transaction.

C. How to do Bulk Categorization:

1. Select Transactions

   1. Check the box next to each transaction you want to categorize.

   2. For Bulk Action in categorisation, simply click on the check box in the top bar and u will see the option of Select all Cash Outs, Select All Cash In and Select All Transactions.

   3. You can also select transactions based on vendor, amount, or any other criteria.

2. Review Similar Transactions

a. When you select a transaction, Docyt may detect similar transactions and show an alert at the top of the screen: “Similar transactions found.”

b. Click "Click Here to Select All" to select all similar transactions automatically.

c. Review these suggested transactions before proceeding.

1. Choose Transaction Type and Category

   1. In the right panel, select the transaction type and category for all selected transactions.

2. Categorize Transactions

   1. Click "Categorize" to apply your selection.

   2. Docyt will categorize all selected transactions in one action.
