How to Use Chat Section and activity Logs in the Invoice

A. Using the Chat Section

Steps:

  1. Login into to Docyt Account.

  2. Open the Invoice queue by navigating Expense > Bill Pay > Invoice Queue.

  3. Use the chat button (at start of Invoice near Star mark) to communicate with your team.

  4. Mention teammates using @username.

  5. Notifications appear in Open Items and in Transaction message on Dashboard for tagged messages.

  6. Click + to attach supporting documents.

  7. To see complete chat option select the invoice.

  8. Click on Chat option in right panel window on invoice section.

B. Review Activity Logs

Steps:

  1. Login into to Docyt Account.

  2. Open the Invoice queue by navigating Expense > Bill Pay > Invoice Queue.

  3. When u click on invoice it will get opened.

  4. Move the cursor towards right panel in window and click on Activities.

  1. The Activity section keeps a log of all actions taken on an invoice.

  2. Displays user name and exact actions performed for audit trail.
