Flash Report Delivery Time

Flash Reports gives a quick overview of portfolio performance .To ensure accuracy and completeness,these reports follow a fixed processing schedule.

A. Delivery Time is Fixed:

  1. Report preparation begins at midnight (US Pacific Time).

  2. The system collects and processes data across the entire pool of businesses.

  3. The process usually takes around 6 hours, but timing can vary depending on:

    • Number of businesses in the portfolio

    • Data availability

    • Processing load

B. Delivery Timelines

  1. Businesses connected through integrations: Reports are expected by 7:00 AM PST/PDT

  2. Businesses using non-integration revenue systems: Reports are expected by 9:00 AM PST/PDT

  3. Additional processing time: Up to 1 extra hour may be required to finalize and deliver the report

C. Portfolio Level Delivery

  1. Flash Reports are generated at the portfolio level (group of businesses).

  2. Delivery timing depends on the business that takes the longest to provide complete data.

  3. This means one delayed business can impact the report timing for the entire portfolio.

D. Why Delivery Time Cannot Be Changed

  1. Flash Reports rely on data from external systems such as property management and revenue platforms.

  2. That data becomes available at different times for different businesses.

  3. The information must go through several steps before the report is ready.

  4. The process runs for all businesses together, not individually.

  5. Occasionally, data collection may need to retry if information is delayed, which can extend processing time.
