1. Who can flag or unflag transactions in Docyt?

Ans. Depending on permissions, both accountants and business owners can flag or unflag transactions.

1. Can a user add notes or comments to a flagged transaction?

Ans. You can write comments in the Transaction Notes tab to document the reason for the flag or communicate with team members. Go to three dots > Type Transaction message > Hit the arrow.

1. What happens after I confirm a transaction as reviewed?

Ans. Once you click Confirm, the transaction’s status changes to Reviewed, and it will be moved out of the active Flagged Transactions list.

1. How often should I review flagged transactions?

Ans. It’s best practice to review flagged transactions regularly especially before closing a period to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.

1. Are flagged transactions visible in reports?

Ans. Flagged transactions typically don’t affect finalized reports until they are reviewed and confirmed. However, they remain part of your transaction history for reference.
