A. Accessing the Business Mailroom

  1. To access the Business Mailroom from the Business Home page through the web application, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Docyt account.

    2. Click on 'Business > Vault > Inbox' in the top menu.

B. Managing your Inbox:

1. Any documents sent to the custom email address (as shown in the box below) for the Business Mailroom will appear in your 'Inbox'.

2. Click on 'Create Document Request' which will appear in Open Items for user.

3.Click on 'Upload File' in the upper right corner to upload a new document from your computer

a. Click 'Select from your computer'.

b. Choose the file you want to upload. Once uploaded, the document will appear in your list.

C. Forwarding Documents:

a. Move the cursor towards right end of document and click on three dots (...)

b. Select the forward option from the options.

c. To link the documents to the request choose 'Link to Document Request'.
