  1. Check the memo or note you added to your ACH payment.

  2. Edit the memo to ensure it fits within the 80-character limit.

  3. After shortening the memo, try processing the ACH payment again.

  4. If the funds were already deducted but the payment failed:

    1. Withdraw the funds back into your linked bank account.

    2. Then, re-initiate the payment after correcting the memo.

  1. Access Docyt Wallet:

Step 1: Click on Expense > Bill Pay > Payment Method Setup.

Step 2: Move the cursor to ACH Payments and click on the arrow.

The "Docyt Wallet Balance" will display the balance of any failed ACH payments.

  1. Withdraw Funds from Docyt Wallet:

Step 1: To transfer the funds back into your bank account, locate the cursor to the 3 dots in front of 'Docyt Wallet Balance'.

Step 2: Click on the three dots (...) and select "Withdraw to Bank Account".
